The Bus Stop Over 2006
Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th June 2006
Huge thanks to everybody who came over the weekend & hopefully really enjoyed our
show with it's chilled out atmosphere.
We had over 1000 visistors over
the w/e & everyone was well behaved & the clean up was done in a couple
of hours last night.
Thanks to all the traders who supported us
especially Bluebird Customs for their kind sponsorship & hopefully the trade
side will swell over the next few years as numbers keep increasing, although 35+
was well up on last year.
We know we need to sort the toilets out for
next year, well the farmer needs to dig another septic tank, the only stress of
the w/e was Saturday when the tank was full & we needed to get an emergency
tanker out to empty it ... 2000 gallons of pee & poo in 8 hours - you lot
need to change your diet! We may have to get more chemical loos like the one we
had in the trade area but they are not the most pleasant of
things.
Finally thanks to Taff who tirelessly helped out, ran the
first aid
(only 2 incidents & 1 of them was Steve being bitten by an
alsation!), Rob, Adam, Stu for helping on the gate & tidying up, the DJ's ,
Druids Brew, The Forty Fours & Public Execution, the security guys who were
on Saturday night & anyone else I've missed.
